Yoga in Practice - Four Steps to Take Control of Your Life

At a critical moment in life, we feel like we are in a desperate situation. This is to induce people to blame for the moral law of cause and effect (karma), their families or anyone else, for a current difficulties.

We can apply the principles we learn in yoga sessions in the sense of our situation in life. There are things we can not control, like natural disasters and economic changes, but we are not powerless. Come in four steps to take control of your life.

1. Stop blaming someone or something else to your current situation. It is a method disempowering away your ability to find a solution. Trial and error is part of life. Want to put the blame on that object or person, where everything suddenly changed for the better?

Pick Up The Pieces, forward and find solutions to your problems. Is a waste of time for yourself because the people you know or something other for past mistakes. Learn from your mistakes, finding solutions, and apply to life.

2. Practice of yoga breathing (pranayama). Many people think that yoga as exercise. Within Hatha Yoga classes, there is little discussion of the techniques of pranayama. If you're in this situation, find a qualified yoga teacher who focuses on pranayama during school hours.

When you think that yoga exercise alone, you miss the point. Besides that, let pranayama exercise the most valuable, because you can not last long without air. Pranayama brings clarity and common sense for you to think - hence the controlled mind.

3. Develop an attitude of contentment (Santosha). Be grateful for all the good things you have in life. Write a list of all the gifts you have blessed. Look around you and be grateful for good relationships, your ability to reason, your health and your position in life. There is always someone worse off. Be thankful for the sun, fresh air, food, and the sounds of life.

4. Take time to self-realization. Be aware of your presence at any time. Learn to observe without judging. At first this seems like a pointless exercise, but you'll see above behaviors that lead to success and failure. Once you know, you can correct your course in life.

Respond immediately to negative thoughts will usually result in an error. Therefore, if negative thoughts come, you may want to find a rational solution or push them aside for the moment. This is much easier said than done, but it is possible with practice.

Most people an excuse to avoid changing their lives. It is easier to continue living life the same way. However, applying these four steps cost nothing at yoga, but the time to practice.
