I wanted to talk about the good ballet training. There are many people who go to the ballet of all ages and they want to succeed. It is a dance form that requires an incredible physique. You have a very good work ethic in all of this and I think that many people do not have. Most people will never ever go anywhere special, so you must always be a little more somewhere. That's why I wanted to talk about the good ballet training. There is a clear need to balance your physical attributes. You need strength for these positions, but you also need the flexibility to make. Given that the strength and flexibility against each other, you can create a balance between the two. I found the best balance between training 50-50. Go to the gym, spend 50% of your time working with weights and the other 50% work on your flexibility.
