Yoga: The Fountain of Youth

Flexibility: it is one of the most neglected of most athletes fitness regime.
It is so easy - especially after long hard days on the bike. You say, "I'm hungry! All I want to do is shower and begin to eat."
I have most of my twenty years ignore any kind of stretching program and paid to hunt with knee injuries. It was the biggest mistake of my career.
Since the beginning of P90X 3 months ago I made it stretches more than any other time in my life. It is not easy. But, boy, is repaid.
After decades of making the kind of exercise tighter muscles, I am finally time to stretch before and after each training and twice a week I get an hour to do nothing, but P90X yoga or stretching routines. This means that I am stretching every day of the week.
Flexibility is a key component of a balanced fitness program - it should be a part of your exercise regime. Without you miss an important part of overall health.
Stretching your tight body in new ways helps you become more flexible and greater range of motion of joints and muscles.
Yoga is the fountain of youth. If someone tells you that it's easy ... they are crazy. I have difficulty with P90X yoga routine for three months and it is not easy. P90X Yoga is a routine 90-minute challenge all athletes and all levels.
Do yourself a favor and commit to yoga and stretching to your performance to extend your career.
