The following yoga postures can be done anytime, anywhere, or as part of another workout. Always hot for a few minutes with some walking, marching or similar activity until your body and muscles loose and warm.
Breathe deeply and completely, while the pose, breathing from your abdomen and diaphragm rather than your breath in your chest. In yoga a breath cycle is one inhale and exhale.
Do the poses in a quiet environment. Music, if used, must be calm and peaceful. Go to your own limit.
